Our Response to Infringement Notices

Upon receipt of a valid copyright infringement notice, the All Georgia Forms team will:

  • Review the complaint in a timely manner to determine its validity.

  • Take appropriate action to remove or disable access to the infringing material if the complaint is found to be valid.

  • Notify the party responsible for posting the infringing content, if possible, that their material has been removed or disabled.
